US DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping time starts once the carrier is in possession of the package and an estimated delivery date will update once available. Shipping occurs on Tuesdays and Fridays. All tracking numbers will be sent via email once processing has been completed. If it has not exceeded the order processing time and you have not received tracking, your order is still in processing to be fulfilled.
RETURNS
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final upon checkout. Refunds will only be considered upon approval from our team on a case by case basis. Exchanges are not permitted. Once an order has shipped with tracking a refund request will not be granted. Tracking issues must be addressed directly with the carrier as the package is no longer in our possession once tracking numbers update.
