What types of charms do you offer?
We offer the highest quality of charms including bracelet charms, croc charms and junk charms. Our charms come in various styles and are all randomly selected and provided based on current inventory availibility of specific brands, colors and designs.
How long does shipping take?
Order processing typically takes between 3-10 business days depending on order size. Once orders are processed, shipping will occur and follow the timeframe chosen at checkout once the carrier is in possession of the package. Shipping occurs on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please allow 24-48 hours from the time label is created for tracking to update in USPS’s system.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final upon checkout. Refunds will only be considered upon approval from our team on a case by case basis. Exchanges are not permitted. Once an order has shipped with tracking a refund request will not be granted. Tracking issues must be addressed directly with the carrier as the package is no longer in our possession once tracking numbers update.
Can I choose my own charms?
All mixes are randomly selected, however a note can be added to your order for specific requests that will be granted for what can be accommodated.
